access to rear window?

I have a 71 swinger, and I need to fix the rear side window, and I'm not sure how to best access the internals. was is the correct procedure to removing the panel that is blocking all the window internals?

try removing the window crank and armrest then with a wide putty knife, pry the panel off. work around the edge popping the spring clips loose.
