Adjustable Rocker Arm HELP!!!!!

Hello everybody i just recently purchased a set of adjustable rockers for a small block chrysler and i was wondering if someone could give me the step bye step instructions on how to adjust them correclty..if some one could help me that would be great..thank you

First you`ll have to let us know if you have solid or hydraulic cam/lifters.

oooops sorry left out that infor...its hydralic cam and lifters with aftermarket adjustable roller rockers...what is teh procedure for adjusting these things..any help would be great

Make sure the lifters are all the way down in the bore. When they are down
Rotate the push rod in between your fingers. untill the rod has a slight drag.
That is when you have zero lash. Tighten the rocker nut about 1/2 turn and
tighten the lock nut. Do this on all the rest when the lifters and you are done.
