I am installing a 15/16 wilwood master cylinder in a 72 Dart. Manual brakes. KH disc front and dr.diff disc rear. The mc comes with the pushrod installed and is adjustable.
I'm looking for how is the best way to adjust the pushrod and how to know when it is adjusted properly.
Never done this before.
Thank you in advance.

Loosen (or remove) the brake pedal switch, since you don't want it interfering with pedal motion. Adjust the pushrod length until the brake pedal sits in the place your prefer. Usually, that is the same resting height as the gas pedal, but that is from the days when we were taught to brake with the right foot so had to move your foot sideways and you didn't want it snagging. If you drive with 2 feet, set it where you want (perhaps higher if your left leg is shorter). When done adjusting, install the lamp switch so it senses, but does not impeded, pedal travel, i.e. the pedal shouldn't bottom out on the switch.
