After engine reinstall, first start up ends in disaster!

That stuck plunger can be fixed with a bit of heat. I used a butane bottle torch. Took approx. 10 sec.

Not sure its stuck, seems to me to be rotated? I don't know it it would be worth the risk especially since there is a pretty good sized ding on the outside ring of the plunger cup.

Well didn't get the replacement lifter pair in yet looks like Comp dropped the ball.....
