Air in cooling system

So today I was trying to access some bolts on the air intake. (It's a Monday, so I'm not thinking straight) I started removing what I thought was the heater tube (actually coolant tube from the intake to the water pump). I pulled it off and surprise! about 1/3 of a cup of coolant came out. I reattached the hose. Should I be worried about having the air in there before I start it up again?

If this is a classic Mopar, No. The pump will push it into the rad, and you can top it up after it cools off. No worries.
