Linda Lavin was her name I believe...
That was actually a good show. One the whole family could sit down and watch. May she rest in peace.

Yep Linda Lavin. She had a cameo part in the 2015 film The Intern. She gave Robert Deniro her coveted "stink eye" when he chose to date Renee Russo instead of her. She still looked like Alice to me. Alice was a great show for it's time.
I hate that. Jimmy Carter died yesterday and I'm surprised that nobody on here posted it
Those are the kind of shows that they should have

Awesome show I used to watch with Dad, nostalgia and sadness all rolled into one.
Mel/Vic Tayback was Awesome in that show too.
