I have exhausted all places on the internet to try and find a 26" fan shroud for my non a/c 340 duster.. Is there any other Mopar fan trail that will come close?Maybe with some modifications.
Suggestions needed thanks

I've heard a slant six shroud mounted upside-down works but have never tried. Maybe someone can confirm?

Not sure how original you are looking for, but a good tin smith could make one. We had that done on a vintage firetruck and it worked great.

I built one "prefab." Get a local sheet metal/ furnace shop to bend you up a simple pan. Measure carefully what you want. Figure the circumferance of the fan, and have them give you a long strip of sheet appropriate width, say, 2 or 3" and long enough to "go round." Have them "tab" one side. Get the thing mounted, determine the fan center, and cut a hole with clearance. Run the tabbed material around, and pop rivet some of the tabs around. Of course it won't look stock. But they work

Thanks, I will look into it more.I just can't believe how hard they are to find a factory one
For sure they are NOT common out there for an A body! Are you looking for #3673820? there was one on B bodies on july 6th and one on for C bodies. If this is the part number check on the other Mopar sites...they are out there but pretty rare.

I made one for my Hardtop. It was fun actually. Of all things I used a Dart board .lol

I took plywood and dartboard, covered with 6mm plastic, got some stretchy fabric from a fabric store, brushed 2 or 3 coats of fiberglass resin. Popped it off the mold, reinforced the inside with fiberglass mat until thick enough. Added my side brackets and painted. I’m sure I would do a few things different but still worked out great.
