Aluminum Bumper Brackets

My question is in regards to your manufacturing process, the material is laser cut as you mentioned, but how are you creating the flanges, are they all welded or are you making some bends in the laser cut blanks, if so w/ a bend break etc...?
 
Depending on price, i'm up for a set too.....74 Scamp rear, 69 Valiant front.

They look great, and its funny, I was just looking at my heavy steel ones the other day to see how difficult it might be to have a set fabbed up....looks like the answer here, very interested, lets us know some mmore details, weight, price etc..

Ok heres the deal......

I havent given it up. the wife is prego and I have to work 60 hrs a week. I have sooooo many people asking me for these. SOOOOOON! I think that I have....nope....AM making a good part, I will not sell them untill they are perfect. I will be back and ready to sell soon
 
Glad you responded. I'm waiting for an update on the 68 dart brackets.

Cool, waiting on a set of 70 Dusters.
 
I just got a set of fiberglass front mounts for my Demon. There only a pound for the two of them. Maybe less.
