Aluminum heads and 63 vs 65cc chambers

Just what piston are we working with and is there a selected cylinder head yet? AKA A known cylinder head cc amount?
 
I can’t remember the head gasket thickness I used on my 340. It’s using the KB standard (replacement) 340 domed pistons and a CNC’d Promaxx head. I calculated it to be at 10.5-1.
