My gas tank is shot all rusty on the inside so I was looking at fuel cells. I remembered seeing one in my neighbors shop so I asked him how much. He gave it to me!!!! It's a plastic 16 gallon with sending unit, fits just right in the spare tire hole. I'll have to make some hold down straps for it. It's a 0-90 ohm sending unit, will it work with my gauge? 72 Dart.

Get a sending unit that matches the fuel gauges ohm range......but don't ask me what it is....

I do not even have a gauge connected to mine. I can easily check how much fuel I have by opening the trunk and looking.
