I believe is a wiper switch or possibly a heater blower switch.
Has 4 position. Off ,1 2,3. And it pushes in like for the washers.
What year ?
Wiper or heater?

I'm certain on the plate light but the switch ? here is a photo of the 66 valiant switch and it has a part number on the side that reads 2770377

The headlight switch has a voltage limiter or something integrated, is it from a truck or van?

Looks like a three speed wiper switch to me, based on the harness plug.

The light looks like a 66B-Cuda license plate light also.

I'm certain on the plate light but the switch ? here is a photo of the 66 valiant switch and it has a part number on the side that reads 2770377
