You know when I first got my 65 Dart I wasnt sure about it, but now I am early A crazy. I found another one on Craigslist last night and I am going to look at it tomorrow its a 64 2dr post with a 225 and an automatic. The pictures look pretty good, ifits half as nice as the pictures I will most likely pick it up. Man I cant wait!

Well it turned out to be a 65 Dart it had a salvage title at one time and was titled as a 64, the owner didnt know the difference. It will look good next to my other 65 when its finished. This time I think I will stay with the slant and just fix it up and drive her. Right now shes running off of a gas can ,becuase the tank is gone. Here are few pics of what I have to work with. Not bad for $600, or atleast thats what I thought.

Well I,ll say you done good for $600!Looks alot like my 66 Dart, but I didn,t like the 6.So I,ve converted it to what I,ve wanted outta the early-A.Disc up front,8 3/4 s.g 3.91,moser axels, also now has a 360/904 2500 stall. This week I,m switching to 340 X heads,RPM Air-Gap intake and complete MSD ign. I,m like you being crazy for the Early A,s now and have noticed more being bought and sold lately. Here,s mine before and after 6 months!

I was originally going to keep the six in my other 65 but ended up converting it to lbp disc brakes, putting a 318 with 302 heads with 1.88-1.60 valves, an airgap intake, a mild cam .450 lift and a 600 cfm Edelbrock carb. I am eventually going to get headers on it but the money I had saved for headers went on this one. I think it will make a cool cruiser and maybe a few days a week I will drive it to work. Plus Ive always thought the slants were neat.
