What’s the consensus as to the distance from the the floor on my adjustable pinion snubber S-60 with super stock springs?

Years back, mine was spaced roughly 1" away for street driving with street tires. When I went to the track and ran slicks, there was no gap. My suggestion would be to try different setting to see where your car reacts the best.

Depends on what you're doing. On the street, probably about 1" "or so". Drag race, I've seen them work best preloaded a little against the floor.

I have my adjustable snubber about 20 feet away from the floor of the car with ss springs.....

In the garage trash can.
