This looks to be an awesome build and story!

Making great progress! I'm eager to hear what PTC does to your converter. Sweet engine test stand!
Looking good!
What elec water pump is that? Looks familiar. Does it allow more space than a stock water pump?
Your intake manifold is the hood clearence problem. Lol a regular torker would work fine, you are force feeding the engine so the super victor is overkill in my book. Just my 2cents
Sell it, could fetch some good money. Then buy a shorter one.I just can't justify buying another new intake.
I’m running an M1 and a spectre air hat. I did modify the front down at an angle to clear the hood. Not sure if this pic shows. I can get another Sunday evening.Ran a dry fit to check hood clearance.... that will be an issue. Anyone using a shorter carb hat they are happy with?

Looks like you are already running a low pro style hat, you will have to be careful trying to go anymore low pro, guys have had distribution issues from trying to force the air into such a tight turn before the carb/throttle body.
I agree, there are people leaving a ton of power on the table with poor hat design. Procharger and extreme velocity are the two best ones out there. The super victor is a great choice for boost. You have to remember that boost is multiplying your base hp and the more base you make the less boost you need to make your goal and if the flow path is good it'll make the turbo work less and that means less heat and less heat means less detonation. Another tip to remember is that the carb hats affect A/F from cylinder to cylinder so be careful with your tune up. The left rear cylinder will run lean with the hat on like it is in the picture.
