Another spring suggestion. Ss vs xhd vs drag launch

I need to buy a new set of springs and can't decide what's best for me. 73 dart 360 at about 400 HP for drag racing. Spring relocation with 28 9 15 slicks. Its not a beast by any means but I need some advice on a good setup. Super stocks? Get a right and left or 2 right or 2 left. Same with the xhd and the drag launch shocks? What do i do? Mine are worn out and need to be replaced. Thanks everyone.
 
I am using SS 002/003 springs on a 71 Duster that i am building for bracket racing...I am using them cause I have them..and the old springs on the car are shot also.....

At this period I am also using the Competition Engr 3 position shocks...why cause I have them...lol

What would I use otherwise...dont really know...depends on money ...and time...
 
I have the comp eng 3 ways too(they were in my price range at the time). I see a lot of people locally using the 002/003 springs. Just didn't know if they were better or just a fad going around at the track.
 
The 002/003 springs are a good choice and make most Mopars work well. Add a adjustable pinion snubber and some good drag shocks to complete the package. They have been the best thing going until Cal Track's came out a few years ago.

Well toolman I have an adjustable snubber. It seems like a pain to tune the caltracs that's the only thing that worries me. I know its the way to go but I don't plan on contending for points for a few years. All the threads I've seen about them always seems that people have trouble. I buddy of mine has them on his Chevy truck raced all last year and still didn't get them perfect. 70aar I'm going to check them out. I jumped on the link but it seems that I would get some more info by calling or emailing them. I will do my research. I guess as of right now I'm leaning towards the ss springs. But will give the tricity guys an honest look. Thank you.

Ever see the 69 dart with a 408 that runs mid 10s at your local track ? (pittsburgh raceway) He is running ss and no pinion snubber. They work.
