another tans question

so now that i know that my /6 trans wont fit my 318 im in the market for another, but i have a couple of questions... should i go back with a v8 904 or a 727 and if i go with the 904 will it bolt back in exactly and if i go with a 727 would i have to do any sort of fabricating

727 uses a shorter drive shaft

Either transmission will bolt to your existing mount/crossmember. The V8 904 uses the same driveshaft as the slant. The 727 will require a different front yoke on the driveshaft and it will need to be shortened.

i think ill go with the 904 it seems like less work and the less work the better cuz ive been tryin to get my dart back together for to long and i dont have a lot of time to work on it lol
