I'm trying to install the newer "D" type trunk weatherstrip on my 73 Dart Sport. No old weatherstrip so I don't have any reference to work from on how it goes in (and, of course, the new stuff doesn't come with instructions). I've searched and found a bunch of pics of the older "Y" style but could only find one pic from 2016 of the "D" type and it wasn't a good enough pic to be a lot of help. According to one of the threads I read, you're supposed to be able to just clip this in with the adhesive not needed but I don't see anyway that is going to work. Anybody have any pics or can provide instruction on the installation? Thanks in advance.
