Antique car insurance?

Looked into Hegarty they would'nt insure me because i had a speeding ticket THREE years ago,please......Grundy insured me no problem my duster is insured for $30k cost me $310.00 a year..
 
I use American Collectors. Odd they have the same typical restrictions, garaged, 2,000k / yr. - But they never asked for an odometer reading! Don't matter, I don't drive them much anyway and Chrysler's odometer stopped working last winter.
