Any 2012 Hemi Upgrade Advice

I bought a complete drop out 5.7L Hemi and 5 speed auto from a totaled Charger(pursuit) with 44k miles.

My 69 Barracuda has been mini tubbed, narrowed rear, frames tied, Heights Rack & Pinion front end.

Looking to do head/ cam/ exhaust upgrades. Any good recommendations? Can my existing heads be ported ( worth it?). Thanks in advance

2012 5.7 is a great platform. The heads flow REALLY well stock, they can be ported for gains, but it’s not cheap... Long tube headers and a cam will give you a really good bump. The cam swap requires VVT lockout I believe. I’d look at comp cams, inertia motorsports or modern muscle xtreme for a cam.

Obviously you’ll want a tune with the cam and other work
