I never knew Ford used inland. My understanding was only GM and Chrysler. That sure ain't a Mopar inland unit.

Isn't Inland the ones that used the T handle reverse lockout? The AC Cobras were "famous" for unbolting the lever and turning them around backwards. I had a 63? Falcoon with a T10? in it

Some "stuff"

Sorry, don't have anything good to say about that one except maybe the color is ok.

The Cobras used the early rustang shifter handle turned backwards. That was the stock fitting. Ford may well have used Inland. Just the first I have ever heard of it......and that certainly means nothing. lol

I don't know for sure. I was under the impression that is what they were, and "I always thought" it was the same outfit that GM used on early transmissions, although I've heard them referred to as as a Muncie shifter.

That old Falcon I had, actually a Falcon Ranchero, needed work, and I didn't have it for long. It actually belonged to my little brother, who died in a crash when I was in the Navy. Somebody, not he, had installed some big tall stiff front coils and I could never get the damn thing to "stay on the road." I couldn't unload it fast enough. Summer of '74

At least the Mopar Inlands mounted to the transmission. The GM Inlands mounted to the cross member. Imagine the loss of action there. I've driven a few. They SUCKED.

Looks like early C2 corvette frame mounted shifter, just readjusted one on a friends car last week, pain in the rear to adjust unless rebuilt first.correct lever is getting hard to find.
