At lynch rd in 69? Im not too saavy on this stuff, (ok, not at ALL saavy),,because I have an A body 8332827, dated april 24 1969, from lynch rd, as identified by the 9A in the vin stamp. I did a quick google search and nothing came up for me. Would it be duster?

Could be the main case started out as a B body trans.....
The old plant is many things. It's also a warehouse for the Detroit Thanksgiving-Day-Parade floats. I go by there at least once a week.
I thought that too,,but i found the trans at a salvage yard, way back in the storage, it had been long forgotten about,, and the inventory tag on it says it was inventoried 8/71/prudential total,,,,,,,,,but i got the same results searching,,only b bodies at lynch rd. I'd hafta assume somebody must have changed it from almost brand new,,,thx for looking,,,i just thought maybe i was missing something
