Anybody know what these Dog Dish Center Caps belong on?

I am trying to list these dog dish center caps for Terry on eBay and the only thing he told me about them is they must be for 15" tires because they don't fit on the 13" tires for our `60 Valiant. Not very helpful for listing.

I'm curious also -- I have a nice set of chrome ring centers with those measurements--- I think they are from a late 50's plymouth ride-- they look good though. Lawrence
