My wife had the clippers in her hand and a evil look in her eye couple days ago. I passed on that.

I have been doing the poodle for a couple of years now with electric clippers. Think I'm ready to work on myself now?
With the recent drop in the Mexico peso, if I go downtown here I would pay about $3.50 in US dollars (plus tip) at the local barbershop. Last summer in Juneau, Alaska I paid $29.00.

I trim my beard and that's as far as I go. My hair is real thick and no bald spots yet.

I was going to, paid $16 for Wahl clippers, someone mentioned we're gonna look like it's the '70's and I loved the '70's so I might not use them.
We had a gang shower in the steel mill where around 18 of us shower together. I saw a lot of those haircuts over the years. Lol.
I bet there was a lot of hair going down that drain!
I decided, if I was going to watch my hair go down the drain, I was going to send it there myself. Lol
Mine's longer now than it was day 1 of basic training back in '86. Just rollin with it.

I was born pretty bald and will go out pretty bald. Lol
I haven't cut my hair in 20 years.....I look like a 53 year old hippy.....not wild and Bozo crazy looking...just long and cool!

Wife cut my hair last week. Pretty good job for 1st time. Probably have to do it again before shops open.

When I lived in the desert it was "just long to comb" I told my barber about every 3 months. When I moved to the coast it was once just before summer and once just before the holidays . "Just before the holidays" coincided with a Colorado deer hunting trip one year, BIG mistake .

Not yet but post #43 second pic is pretty close but still shorter than mine yet. I have hope for this Friday! Otherwise the Wife has the clippers!
The way Pa is going it may be November or longer with out Governor. Glad I learned how to do it myself.

Finally I have a reason not to allow my hair to be cut. It was long before the quarantine but now it's getting righteous. My goal is to never cut it again. That said my wife has been watching u-tube videos and wants to try it herself. And that's when the fight started.
