After hours of porting my back is in a knot. Thinking about buying one of these to get the KINKS out

Use to hang upside down on a home made bar by my knees eye lag bolt in ceiling with a knotted rope to get on and off. Made a huge difference on my protruding sciatic disc in back. More importantly fixed the problem with out surgery

I find it very interesting that this device-

...was invented by a guy named "Teeter".

Dr Richard Teeter, but he sure missed a product naming opportunity didn't he?

Dr. RICHARD Teeter.......

Bet he had a fun time in school with that name!!!!

I wonder what else he could have invented??????

Used to hang there for 20 min or so. My muscles were so tight and cramped from trying to protect the injured joint they would fatigue and I would start to bounce a little as they were giving up the fight. Then there was an audible pop it felt so good. Hung for another 10 or so min get off go for a walk. Did this every day for about 4 months. For me it worked no more sciatica, no more pain meds. But I sure learned what and what not to do to protect my back. Oh and a side note you can actually drink beer upside down takes a little getting use to operating the bottle backwards but it works lol
