Anyone going to Mopar Nationals in Columbus Ohio

I just wanted to make a post to see who would be attending the Mopar Nationals in Columbus Ohio this August? I know i'll be there! Anyone else?
 
I'll probably go may still need parts for the Demon, :book: have you ever been to Charlise? Its got more parts than the Nats with less dust :thumblef:
 
ya i have been to Carlise, and i wont stay at a hotel because i stay with my brother who lives in Columbus, I will soon be getting my own house there.
 
I'll be there but I wont be staying anywhere near Brice rd. I like to sleep at nite. Some where I have some pics of the "nightlife" at the Red Roof Inn.
 
I'll be there. I'll be my 3rd Nats in a row. I just wish I would be able to bring my '68. I need to get off my lazy butt and make reservations soon, seem like every year I wait too long and have to drive... first year it was a 1/2 hour drive, ltast year around 15-20min. I'm hoping for Brice Rd. this year.
I'll be driveing my Intense Blue 99 Ram Quad Cab 4x4.

i will be going this year. it will be my first time there. i have been to carlisle a few times and want to see the difference. made my reservations for both back in november. looks like a long drive for me to nats. i guess it will be about 8 hrs.
 
I may go for the day on Saturday, but it will most likely be just to try and sell my Shelby Z (if I still have it by then).
 
so about how many cars are at the show itself? i look forward to brice road. what time does the feastivites start there? sundown? till whenever?
 
At the hotels it's all night or until the cops shut things down (breifly). Serously, you'll meet alot of people with common intrests at the hotels away from the bussel of the track and become a close family for the weekend. I enjoy it every year!
 
This will be my 5th year going. Evey year i find something new there. I missed last year "cause I went to Carlisle instead. never again....I stay about 1/2 west of Brice road its cheap and quiet.
 
i'll be staying at the country inn & suites near the columbus airport east. says it is 6305 e. broad st. is this kinda near brice? i was told it was about 8 blocks or so away.......
 
ill be staying at the hamton inn in heath ohio. is thare alot of cruzing in heath ?. i also have rooms for the may mopar classic and also in september at norwalk. i live in masfield seems to be right in the middle of every thing
 
You know I live about 2 hours away and I have never been down to the nats.......It's to many people for me....I like the smaller Chrysler Classic shows.....and I like the Mid-Ohio Mopar show at Dragway 42.
 
I'll be at the Nats. again this year. Saturday night, I'll be in Heath, doing burn outs. Friday night, I'll be at Brice Road, cruizing with the top down.

I am going to hopefully at least have the Chrysler 300 at the Nats this year. Will be my first time there. If a miracle comes off then I will have the Dart there also.

Hey Martin, didnt know that was you until I looked at your garage. Maybe we could cruise to the Nats together. By the way whats the news on the pics and such?

He man whats up. Yes, I do own a 340 block, ha ha. How about drop me your email address,(my computer crashed and I lost all my addresses)and I'll get em to you. I'll be coming thru WV, on my way to the Nats. We could meet up and cruize in together, and I could bring the block with me (free freight)if I actually own one. Just let me know.

One thing, I will be in NC by 1st week of July, haha. I will also be coming down in either March or 1st week of April too. I would like the 340 block even though I am going to build a 496 stroker for it. I could use the 340 possible in a 71 Dart, need to talk to the guy first though and see how much he wants for it.
