Hello,
They are plastic and might fit a ‘69 Cuda Fastback? Any help and photos of actual placement would be appreciated.

In 69 I believe they rivet on but the later ones 71ish and up bolt on.
 
They are called K-member splash shields. They mount to the underside of the frame on either side of the K-member.

if memory serves they go on the frame rail either right behind the control arms or slightly forward...if you lay under the car and look up you'll see the two holes for them in the frame. Probably still need pics though they are right and left side non interchangeable... etc.
 
They go in front of the control arms. The LCA mounts to the rear "ear" of the K-member. The splash shields go between the "ears".
