Anyone near Des Moines? Screaming deal to be had

I emailed the guy, Lets see if it is a scam,

I have people there that can get the car.
 
Too bad, they don’t leave a phone number, I have some people close by.
 
To be honest, I dont think it's a scam. There is a lot of work that needs to be done, and it's taking up space. I can see an owner just trying to get rid of a car he doesn't want to work on, maybe can't afford to fix, and can't title.



Then again, with no title..... was it stolen and stripped?

I don't think its is a scam, I have been texting with the guy and My friend in Des Moines is not interested,
The guy needs the car gone tomorrow.
Smoking deal for somebody.
