Three years ago I bought a new used A body wiper motor. The guy said his son worked in a shop that made Abodies into race cars so the first thing they did was remove the wiper motors. The son brought them home and this guy was selling them for $100. Got it installed finally....and you guessed it, it doesn't work. I got power to the motor as tested but not even a hum. Wiper switch "on" test light comes on, switch off, light off.
If anyone knows someone [in S.E. Michigan] who rebuilds these 2 speed motors, let me know, thanks
