approx build date

Morning....can the approximate build date be calculated from the vin #? The car is a 1969 Dart swinger assembled in Hamtramck Mich. vin ends in B418583. Any help is appreciated

The SPD on your fender tag / broadcast sheet may get you within a 10 week window of actual production, but actual production dates were not recorded back then.
