Are the TTI shorties really my only option?

I guess the .dwg file was enough, no .dxf file. I can give you a "nested" drawing with all the parts on one drawing, or outside and center drawings so you can get them nested and cut as required.

The z-bar modification is pretty easy if you have access to a welder. Just cut the clutch adjuster arm off, spin it so the peg for the adjuster is on the opposite side of the arm and slide it to the end of the Z-bar and weld it back on. Here are the directions in case you want them...
