I was wondering if these are for factory wheels, or a different make.
Are these lugs for factory wheels?

Aftermarket I would say. Rally wheel nuts were straight with no flare just before the taper.
They are similar to what came on my 2000 Durango only they had stainless steel caps on them. Many of the older solid chrome nuts on the older Mopars were straight like Mike said.
