Are these original hangers?

Just yanked the old 7.25” and springs from my 65 Valiant. Are these rear hangers original? They don’t look like it to me, nor the bolts which are seized and will need to be ground off.

By the way, I’ll be posting a free 7.25 drum to drum if anyone wants it.
