are they 2 1/16 holes?

in the gauge cluster for a 72 dart swinger are the holes for the oil and what not are they 2 1/16 holes? i was thinking i would upgrade them to autometer gauges if they were and is there a way to get white face the speedo gauge?

well how can i restore the plastic on the fronts of the gauges themselves what can i use because i was planning on where the old air controls were fiber glassing 3 or 4 PVC pipe 2 1/16 holes there to hold the gauges all color matching
