are upper control arms the same?

I thought that the balljoints on disc brake cars were larger than the cars with drum brakes.I know when I converted my 69 Dart the ball joints on the upper control arms for the disc brakes were larger than the drum brake a arms.The parts I used were from a 73 duster.

all upper and lower balljoints for 73-76 are the same regardless of disc or drum. 63-72 the upper is the same for disc/drum but the lower is different for disc/drum. this is direct out of my MOOG catalog. so to answer the question, yes. the uppers in 73-76 are the same.

I have a 70 Duster with front drum. I just got the disc brake spindles from a 70 Duster. When I change them over, do I have to change any ball joints, or any other parts to make them work?????
