Can you have plastic arm rest plated?????

I suppose you are refering to the arm rest base. Yes they can be vacuum plated. I think Alsa Corps Killer Chrome would be a better choise, pennywise anyway.

I just ordered a kit (Actually two for one)...got the invoice stating its paid for...but don't have the kit yet. Ha!

I ordered the kit for the exact reason you stated...looking forward to the procedure... from the pics i've seen...its killer!

I used it on a bunch of parts too. While it suits me on the A-pillar trims ( vert ), and armrest bases, it didn't quite make the grade on the instrument bezel.
Just remember to shoot the first bit at a spectater or something. Most spray cans have a waxy filler in the siphon tube to prevent clogging on the shelf.
