So anyone with a newer Ram knows that the factory back-up lights don't do much more than simply let people behind you know you are in reverse. That's fine in an urban setting like a parking lot with streetlights. Out here in the country it gets damn dark. So I wanted something that didn't look ridiculous hanging off thw bumper. I already had the LED tailgate strip wired in to the brakes and reverse lights. Looks cool, but not really effective going backwards. Did it more for the brake lights than anything else.

So..... I mounted these 1.5x6 inch mini light bars in the plastic trim on the bottom of the bumper. Cut the holes and recessed them in. They don't really look out of place, are wired to a standalone switch in the console to double as a work light of sorts if I need to load a trailer in the dark. I am pleased with the end result. I can see everything behind me now!
