Are they the same and then bored to either B or RB jounel sizes?

if you want to use a girdle with the new caps, this is probably the best BB mopar girdle kit you can get.
from bcrproducts:
these require the line bore like the other kits, but you also have to have the oil pickup extended slightly since the oil pan actually bolts to this girdle.

but yes you will need a line bore on the mains with main caps installed when you swap
