i compared it to my 383 4BBL and its the same,but the cable bracket it has positions the clamp further forward than mine,like a 2BBL.

i just discovered this is a 2 BBL bracket,the clamp at the front allows the throttle cable to be mounted forward far enough to reach the throttle bolt on a 4 BBL..i took the air cleaner off my 383 to remove the carb and the cable was connected to the throttle behind the factory bolt.the linkage to the carb is the same as mine and my kick down works perfect.will this work on a 2 BBL?i guess youd have to buy it and try it.
