My PS box has been dripping for a little while and I thought it was coming from where the adjuster is, but it's not. Anyway today I went for a little ride and stopped at a store and could see it was leaking much more. Got her home and turned the wheel all the way to the left and it just spewed out all over the place, made one hell of a mess! I bought that box in August of 2018 from Steer & Gear. I can see fluid all over the pitman arm, it's clearly coming from the underside. The whole top side is dry including the pump and hoses.

Above the pitman arm is a dust cover and snap ring and a shaft seal. That seal normally last a lot longer than a few years. Lets hope its just a failed seal and not a bearing.

It's definitely leaking at the pitman arm seal. Anyone have a tip on removing the dust cover to get to the snap ring?
