Ball joint torque specs for 72 dart?

Does anyone know the torque specs for the ball joints in a 1972 Dart? I got the new ones in, but am afraid to strip out the threads over tightening...
Any help would be appreciated!!

Here you go, FSM specs... I dont remember if I went to FSM specs when I did mine, but they have been tight since installing.

I see the ball joint not torque. But I guess I dont see the torque for the ball joint itself? I'm trying to torque it into the A arm and I'm afraid to strip out the stamped A arm.

I used an air drill to install the upper ball joint into the upper control arm. I stopped going when it was all the way seated into the control arm... no specific torque.

Everything I have says this on the upper ball joint. 125ft/lbs(min.)
If you're just talking about the ball joint to upper control arm....not the nut to spindle.

My 63 service manual say minimum of 125 foot pounds does not differentiate between any Plymouth model but that joint must fully seat.

Seems like a lot Maybe but if you just make it good and tight and not OH MY GAWD tight with a cheater it's going to be fine and you won't risk stripping the threads that may already be compromised as many are.

Yep! Worked great!

I Rarely ever use air or electric tools, but that was one of the few times I did on this car and do not regret it.

Must be one hell of a strong drill. Usually I have to use a 5 foot cheater pipe on my breaker bar to get them seated all the way. Even my impact gun won't do it.

It is a big husky air impact... I bought it just for doing them, and its the only time I've used it lol.
