Arent those cast iron?
You will have to get a different speedometer cable and good luck finding gears.

youll need to extend the driveshaft. The early wheelbase was shorter than a 67 IIRC.
So I could use it but get the drive shaft shortened? And as speedo goes I can live without knowing my speed lol . It's going on a slant six. So none of the shifting rods won't interfere with the frame? Since its off of an early A going on a later A. Thanks for the input guys!!much appreciated
There is so little difference in the mounting pads, I do not think you will notice. You can also swap to the later mounting pad. The rest of the linkage is the same. I prefer the 64 65 Hurst shifter to anything else and use them in any car I get. If the adjusting swivels are rusted stuck, I cut them off to leave the shift rods in tact. The swivels are relatively cheap and easy to get.
as far as bellhousing/ ball stud bracket and torque shaft I can also use the early a stuff? Are all slant 6 torque shafts the same?
I suspect the 67-up is different than the 66-down
I think the Bell housing will work. The rest is right.
