Base tune? 71 Dart/318/Carter Carb

Just looking for a place to start.

'71 Dart with a 318, M1 dual plane and a Carter Competition Plus carb (600?), factory exhaust manifolds and dual exhaust, auto. I don't think it has a cam, or any other motor work.

Hoping that someone has a similar setup. Looking for jet size and rod numbers.

id start about 12* initial timing and 34* total.if it is the electric choke 600 carb the jetting may be pretty close out of the box.try installing new plugs,drive it a while then read the plugs.how do the plugs look currently?
