I think you will have to make them.
Before 1967 the steering box was way further in
and in the way with all the brands I could find for my
65 Dart and had to custom build them. Unless you install
rack and pinion steering.

Nobody makes those over the counter. They'd probably have to have 1 1/4" tubes to fit.
