hi fellas, im looking into getting a set of new valve springs for a set of heads i want to put on a 383. the motor seems to have a slightly larger duration than stock cam in it but i looked at the cam before and i didnt see any numbers or markings so i dont really know what kind, lift, etc. but i do need new springs on the heads im reworking. My question is if i put on a set of springs that are good for a .550 lift cam would that be alright for a mild cam even though it wouldnt need that stiff a spring. i do have a good set of crane rocker arms to go on too. thanks
