Your title says "bblock" and your question says "rblock".
The R block is a 340 reproduction block, so yes, it will fit; using all the original peripherals.
By "bblock" I'll assume you mean the B or (RB) big block- yes, it will fit, but you need to use either the TransDapt or Schumacher conversion mounts. You'll need to find a big block transmission, small block transmissions won't fit a big block.
