BBP 15 x 5.5, (or close in width) steel wheels that will mount s 9" poverty cap.

Title says it all. Looking for a pair of the above, not rusty, etc and you're willing to ship them.

PS: Would consider some 4" wide specially made type, if anyone has a pair from an old project, wheel change, etc...
