Bob, No down around 1000. Went ahead and had the motor gone thru while it was out. Ended up with a cracked cylinder. So the cylinder was sleeved and heads gone thru with a fine tooth comb. The carb guy made a few changes and it really helped.
Make sure to double check and see that it is not back upstream in the intake manifold somewhere. Stranger things have happened. Would suck if it was and you didn't catch it goin back.
Nice times,glad you got it figured out.Have you posted your built in the 10 second thread?Went to the local strip yesterday and the car is running fairly consistent 10.30's @ 129. The air wasn't to bad. Still density altitude was 4300" about 2X what our altitude is. Not bad for a small block.
