Best 833 OD setup?

Going to 4 spd in my Dart. Would like to know which OD tranny and bellhousing are the best for installing in my 70 Dart. Will a non A body OD work in a 70 Dart as if I remember correctly the shifter pad on an a body trans was closer to the box than a b body?? If there are differences in the OD , I would like the gear which will provide the greatest rpm drop. I calculated that witha .69 to 1 final ratio that would drop a 3.91 down to about 2.75. Does that sound right???

No cause the overdrive is .73:1. Truck overdrives are .71:1.

Best in my mind is "A" body, large output spline, cast iron case, the earlier the better. There are aluminum cases, small output splines, and even ways to adapt truck long tailshaft trans to "A" bodies. And evidently different ratios. I did not know trucks had a .71 final drive. Thanks StrokerScamp.
