I've been using a lawn battery in my Valiant for the last 3-4 years.
Got it on sale from O'Reillys or Autozone. I think it has 300CCA
I think it is lasting because when the Valiant is off it really is OFF (no parasitic drain) and I have a little solar charger I put in the window when it's going to sit for more than a week.
