Best place to get black armrest for a '74 Duster?

I am looking for a set of black arm rest for my '74 Duster. What changed between the early '70s A-Bodies and the '73-'74? Could I get away with a set from a '70-'72 or are they so different they wont work?

Anyone know where the best place to get a set of arm rests?

I don't think anyone repos those so you'll probably have to find a used set.Your best bet would probably be posting an ad in the 'cars and parts wanted' section in the classifieds here as someone on here on FABO should have a set.You can also try doing a search in the 'interior parts for sale' as well as the 'mopar parts cars' section.

The 74 style armrests are a one piece moulded part while the earlier ones have a plastic base with the upholstered section on top.They both attach to the door frame with two screws so if the spacing is the same then the earlier ones might bolt in.They both leave they're own seperate indents on the door panels which is something to consider if your door panels are in mint shape and you don't want to mess them up.
